Here are the ideal qualifications for Machine Vibration Analysts.

Successful candidate must:

Possess a high school degree or equivalent (two or four-year degree a plus)
Hold Category I, II, or III certification by the Vibration Institute, Technical Associates of Charlotte, or equivalent
Have a working knowledge of vibration data collection equipment
Have a working knowledge of vibration management software, preferably Ludeca OMNITREND

Demonstrate willingness and ability to work in a variety of work environments ranging from smock-up clean rooms to hot and dirty process plants
Possess exceptional communication skills
Have dependable transportation
Be a US citizen or permanent resident
Pass a criminal background check
Be drug and alcohol free

Here are the ideal qualifications for Field Service Technician.

Successful candidate must:

Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. Complete work as outlined in job package using CMMS, paper documentation and equipment procedures as required.
Have in-depth knowledge of millwright fundamentals on preventative and corrective maintenance. I.E. seals, bearings, alignment, balancing, etc…
Be skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments to support precision maintenance work.
Early Identification of the need to perform maintenance work through observation, inspections, testing, and monitoring on a routine basis.
Possess knowledge and understanding to communicate problems discovered for completion of a quality notification for repairs.
Conduct job safety reviews with Customers prior to performing maintenance work.
Maintain housekeeping standards on job sites as well as in the shop.

Job Description:

Job Type: Full-time

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in dynamic balancing
Welding and machining skills highly desired
Safety oriented
Willing and able to work in hot/dirty work environments
Have dependable transportation
Pass a criminal background check
Be drug and alcohol-free

Journeyman requirments:

NCCER or Union Journeymen license or 5+ years of experience in field execution of industrial Mechanical repairs.
5+ years of mechanical aptitude skills and adequate industrial mechanical maintenance experience in the repair, inspection, and/or maintenance of related manufacturing facilities, refineries or machine shop equipment including inspection and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, fabricating and diagnostics.
Knowledge of rotating equipment and general industrial maintenance and reliability activities.
Ability to follow, interpret and act on written and verbal job instructions, and reports, technical manuals, and data.
Ability to use measuring devices such as micrometers and precision instruments
Ability to calculate measurements used to repair and maintain general manufacturing equipment.
